I don't like that it looks like it covers the power switch.

It Looks like an over-extended replacement for the existing neck strap clip. My personal opinion, it will only be in the way when storing the TX in it's case or bag/case.

Works well, also works as a switch guard, and supporting a fellow Freak.

I have to go with k2heli as well.
The G force one just doesn't cut it, I've seen too many have the assembly rotate completely out of the tx case.
besides, Kevin (fireup) is one cool dude.

Flew for a few hours yesterday and this attachment works absolutely fine - very slim and not a problem at all getting to the on / off switch.
The tx balance is now bang on.

Unfortunately that's not a true JR Propo sourced balancer. JR in Japan have only just manufactured a balancer and released it.
http://www.macgregor.co.uk/Homepage/0608news_2.htm refers to the JR version.

I'll have to say, this is the best looking neckstrap balancer I've seen. I have the Spektrum, G-Force, and now this one.... I have to say this one looks like a factory JR balancer. The switch is no problem to access either.
I used a Trex 600 frame counterbored machined aluminum washer instead of the flat washer it came with and it looks great!
Someone should import these because overseas shipping is a bit expensive, but to me it was worth it. I should of ordered 2!

Totally agree - official JR product or not.
Nice mod with the 600 ali washer by the way - just copied it and then used a dome headed stainless steel bolt instead of the black one just to finish it off.

Here are a couple more balancers that can be used with the JR radios.
The first is made by Helicopter John.

And the next is made by RaceTronics.

Interesting. I just came to this forum (I'm a regular on the T-Rex 450 forum) to complain about the lack of balance on my new X9303 and to look for a solution, and it was right here waiting on me! Think I'll visit my LHS to see what they have in stock tomorrow. I LOVE my new radio, but I hate the lack of balance with a neck strap!
Cheers,

Oh, I've been on HeliFreak for over 2 years now. This is just the first time I visited the JR radio forum, especially the 2.4GHz radio subforum since I just got my new X9303 a few days ago and flew it for the first time today. HeliFreak is undoubtedly the best site on the web... for heli freaks that is! :YeaBaby:

That looks basically identical to the G-Force product. I bought a Spektrum balancer yesterday at my LHS and installed it last night, but don't like it. It sticks out too far from the front of the radio, and it rattles around a bit on the stock neckstrap lug. I'm returning it in the next few days as I just ordered the G-Force version today at lunch. Since it lays practically flat on the front of the Tx, I won't be bothered by it sticking out too far. Plus since it bolts to the stock lug, it won't rattle around either!
