I stripped a 9252 today doing a cartwheel while landing an auto.
Do I just get a gear set and replace it and call it good? Should I replace all three (swash) servo's gearsets just to be safe?
A 9252 is a pretty strong servo. Is it especially hard on the other parts of the servo when one gets stripped?

I check mine by rotating it by hand very slowly and if you feel anything other than pure smoothness pull it apart and inspect the gears... I think from your posts that you have never changed gear sets befor....dont be affraid it is really easy to do and not that technical...remove the 4 screws from the bottom and remove the top case.....roll the oring seal down the side of the case to get it out of the way...now pull both small pins from the 2 gear stacks...(they may have come out with the top case) now unstack the gears just place them out on the table in order of removal...I normaly dont have to replace the main (Black)gear...just inspect it and make sure there is no white pieces of gear in the teeth...make sure that you check all the white grease for gear teeth cuz the teeth that break off will stick to the grease...reassemble in the reverse order..when you roll the oring seal back up just make sure that its sitting flat on thae lip...dont over torque the 4 screws or you will push the oring seal out of its lip....it takes about 5 min to completely rebuild a servo.....

Just main blades, boom, flybar and two servo gearsets.
It wasn't too bad. I'm back in the air again. It was an opportunity to try some SAB blades.

What do you think of the SAB's?

I haven't tried a lot of blades, so don't take my word for it: The SABs don't roll as fast as my Rotortechs. It feels like the SABs need more pitch to make the same lift.
I ordered another set of Rotortechs last night and I'll be able to do a same-day comparison to see which I like better.
