I would bypass that sport BEC and get a the Castle Creations CCBEC thats has 10Amp peak..
couple of guys are having some real power issues these days with the Sport BEC's

LOL its ok, no thats not me but mine flies rock solid just like that even without that headspeed :)
its like i dont even have to touch the control when correcting sorta just lean my body and it does it... (need to turn up the exp some more) but she feels rock solid and not jerky anymore at all since i fixed the radio settings.
I'll try get some video, my bro always flying his heli while i'm flying so no one to record.

well have patience and take turns!! I would love some vids....mine does not feel as solid as my 400, I need to put a better tail servo on her.

I am using the tail servo you suggested have no problem with the tail what so ever.
After i put the expo on she was very touchy.. not anymore, she obeys every command and stays put until i say so :) She is much much more stable than anything i have flown and that includes Trex 450.

which one would that be, I was looking at so many LOL think I'm leaning towards the 9254 with a step down regulator since it cant handle 6V

What problem are they getting? I'm using two of them And no problem so far, One in my heli, the other in my plane

People are reporting on them not giving the amps their supposed to, probably a bad batch i dont know, i made sure i went with something quality and got the Castle Creations CCBEC last thing i want is a brownout or something like that on my esmart.
did you get the tailbox sorted?

no but it is rubbing less WAY less......I've heard good things about the swift's tail.....I may go that route.

Well i have too but have yet to see pics and details on the setup, its for this reason i didnt order that tailbox.... But in the end i am very very happy with the esky cnc tailbox.

hey Lock,this may sound stupid but which way your tail blades spin ? looking at the blades from the grips side,also is it rubbing at the top or the bottom???

hey I am new, but not that new :YeaBaby: yup they spin CC and it rubs both top and bottom....
I am starting to think maybe I had the 'A' version of belt :confused:
see my thread about the shaft/gear.......I had so much tension it did that and was still rubbing the boom

Larry ,i`m not talking about when you flying inverted :YeaBaby: ,sorry,well this is just strange,the rotation and tension looks right ,i guess the next step would be getting new all metal tail case and belt,less then $30 at ka-planes :thumbup:,i wish i cuold help more,oh yeah ,i saw the pic of your tail shaft and pulley,what the heli did you do to it??? LOL,happy flyin`

I ordered the shat and gear(s) x2 and a bunch of metal upgrades including the tail box.
