UPS just delievered my Exi.
It is beeuutifuulll!

It really IS a helicopter in the box.

The bad news is the package actually weights 3 pounds, not the 1 pound shown on the UPS tracking site.
I'm still willing to ship anything you need from the States!

Are you putting stock Belt electronics in it? I have some interest in the EXI as a second helicopter (or if something unfortunate happens to my belt CP, a replacement ARF) and would like to see some good pics of it all set up with the esky gear if it's not too much trouble. That really is a great looking heli especially for the price. I'm trying to get more comfortable flying the belt first...won't be long and I'll want a second one to fiddle with too.

Yep, I'm using the stock Esky stuff. The servos are the Esky digitals. (Older Belts had analog)
I'll take pics and post 'em as I go. I haven't been in a hurry as I have a stock Belt that I'm flying the heck out of and loving every minute of it! The weather here has been pretty nice so I've been doing more flying than building!

sounds good wizard. Wish I was flying mine... went outside earlier for my first flight after the repair (blades, skids, canopy) - got my tracking all set up battery charged, and went for a hop. I realized +pitch wasn't right and there was a little vibration, further inspection reveals a bent feathering shaft. Ordered 4 hardened upgrade shafts for 9 bucks... no big deal but I'm grounded for a week or so until they arrive. :thumbdown: Buuu.

...the belt eats fx shafts!!!!!!!! I bought 20 from Honkers ages ago,and I am gradually working through them, until of course my copterx head comes!!!!!!!! I shied away from getting hardened fx shafts cos the last time it happenrd, it crushed the bearing in the blade holder, and it was a bastard to get out. Eventually I drilled it out!!!!!!
