i am in a situation right now where i need money for a down payment on a apartment. i will no longer have a computer after i move so i would like to sell my sim. rarely used (maybe 7 times). everything is perfect condition, original box, original TX.

i also have microsoft flight simulator X, delux edition (not a RC sim. real heli and plane only). i can include a logitech joystick, and a USB head set to use with the sim.
asking $30,
or 100 total if both bought at once.
