Why would say that is an old school gyro? If you are calling the new align gyro old school then I guess a DS760 is old school in your book too, just kiddin'. Looks like its working pretty well.

the 760 and 770 are new school gyros, 401 and the like are old school gyros. :D

End limits are with single pot. (no left and right limits). Setting is done with switches instead of software.

Hi Robert,
I don't see any discussion about the flybarless from Align yet. But I believe they are working on another new gyro which can support narrow bandwide servo, it is suppose to be design to work on Trex700.
