Raptor 90 Kasama Srimok head build

I need to get a new set of bearings back into my Kasama grips.

The old damaged ones come out with a little persuasion but I've just been told to try heating them for better results.

What temps(in degrees C please) and duration are we talking about?

For the above, just FYI:

250F or 120C
