DX7 Trex500 pitch problem

Ok guys can't figure out what I an forgeting or not doing right. I have my throw & pitch set and am in the pitch curve normal menu in the radio. I'm trying to set the low point to -2 or 3 the radio shows the % moving up fom 0, but the blade pitch isn't changing. What am I missing? Could it be the rx everything else seems fine.

You have to have the mode switch in the same mode as the curve you're tweaking to see any changes as you make 'em. If you have hold on, it's got it own curves and overrides all the flight modes.
