Hi guys - does anyone have any direct experience with these servos? Specs and price sound good - but some direct feedback would be appreciated.

That sounds like a really good price for a light fast strong digital servo ( though Im not sure how AUD relates to £ )

If your using 2.4 GHZ you will need a separate BEC to cope with the demand from the servo's

I was just looking at your beautiful little Focker DVII (and the other models) when I bought an airbrush for my Kids about 10 years ago, we used it to paint a 1:72 scale DVII right down to the wood grain on the prop and the bolts on the prop hub. ( well we used a tiny brush for those details)
