Inner Shaft and Outer Shaft bend will create such problem. If you upgraded to CNC swash, then make sure your swash plate guide have enough room for your swash plate to move when you make AIL and ELE input. Adjust your gain if your tail is wooping right & left. I don't know what you mean outer shaft is very bad balance, it is not straight?

I've noticed one thing in my Lama v3. If the balance bar is not straight, that cause the blades to vibrate and hence the whole heli. But - its tricky to straighten the bar. I'm careful not to stress the plastic part in between. I'm ok with a little bit of vibration because it seeps in again with every crash, so I'm ok with it.

An other thing that can make the chaft unbalanced is the tention skrew on the retaining collar.
This is at hollow shaft så when the skrew are tighten it make a litle ding in the shaft and bend it slightly, losen the skrew and turn the shaft 180 degree around and tighten again, and these time the shaft will be straigt again becouse it is dented in the opposite side to.

Mr.Anderson,
never thought about that but I bet the denting does have something to do with it. I had aquired some new vibrations after tighting my top screws on the lower blade holder too tight and out of alignment with the pre-drilled holes on the outershaft. It made for a small dent which led to vibration. I replaced with brand new outer shaft and all vibration is gone again. Thanks for the tip, nailed that one on the head
