Just the swash?

Hi

I wanna sorta upgrade/improve the flightability of me beltcp..
What do ppl think about using just the cnc swash (esky one) and leaving everything plastic.

I have a trex from my sig and thats a bling mobile that i only hover atm. I really do appreciate the head of that thing but i don't want to buy one for the belt

I like the belt for general flight and the price of parts which is why i ask?

Get the Copter X V2 head to us un the UK it's £35 delivered from HK which compares to £90 + for Align stuff, it is excellent quality and flies just like the Trex head.

pink Esky is no better than black according to those who've used it on this forum and will cost you far more in the long run.

I have put a cnc swash on mine while rest is plastic.
I replaced because I didnt think the plastic one was helping.
I remember at the time think it was a fantastic upgrade.I also now have a trex sev2 and there is no comparison. The swash is not as easy to break as the head but imho go ahead it is a good upgrade.

i've ordered just the swash.. going to give it a go..
as i've said my main goal is to out fly the beltcp b4 i move onto the trex.. i will still fly both just with different mindsets

Swash alone will not show you much improvement.

Just received my CopterX head and tail today. Looks nice, but shame that the flybar control rods were both bent on delivery..................

Straighten them, simple.

or use the old link rods from the belt cp to replace them.

hi,

i upgraded my head and blade holders to esky cnc and it made a slight difference it felt a bit tighter.
i then upgraded the swash and wash to esky cnc and it felt alot better more precise.
i dont think you will notice any difference with just the swash.
i think bang for buck you would see more improvement buying align woodies.

Some times you get them a few pounds cheaper but this was all I could find tonight.

ok.. just the swash has arrived.. i will be getting it in and testing tonight.. but i won't be able to fly it.. for some reason it's raining in brisbane, has been for 4 days.. really annoying..

well it's in.. looks good.. feels ok..
It is a bit narrower than the plastic one

our dams got down to 17%.. then i buy a helicopter and some cars and what happens.. payback time for mother nature... i'm moving to the mojave dessert if this keeps up parts are cheaper too
