Align Hyper on 30% CY Fuel

Hi, I am having some "issues" with my Align/OS Hyper which came with the NSP kit.
I am running it with the Align pipe and I use a Enya #4 plug.

I broke the engine in on 20% Wildcat and after 5 tanks I switched it to 30% CY Wildcat fuel.
The idle needle is close 1/6 turn (from stock) and the main is in between 1 1/2 and 1 1/4
With this setting the engine runs OK but not great, It doesn't sound clean running.
On IDL2 my headspead is +/- 2050

What can I change to get it running 100%?

hmmmm sounds a similar setting to mine in my x-treme, how hot is the engine running?? mine is still over rich and has bags of power and if anything i can weaken it off on the main even more. what fuel did you use to bed the engine in?? i used 15% coolmax on tick over only for the first tank and it seems to have paid dividends

With this setting the backplate remains "cool" to the touch, when I go like 3 clicks leaner it is already getting "hot" .
I used +/- 5 tanks of 20% Wildcat to break it in and I've just finished 1 Gallon of 30%

hmmmm breakin ruled out then. try resetting to stock settings now its bedded in. and retune from there. also try an os 8 plug. a friend of mine had all sorts of mither with the enya plugs he switched to os and all is well with the world. there should be bags of power with this engine pipe config let me know how you get on going from stock settings

Try an OS A5.

Started using WC30%YB like you and had an aweful sounding engine with the A5 plug rec. above. Was fine with CP30%. I changed glow to Enya 3 with the YB fuel and all was good again.

changed the engine the hyper 50
for a nova rossi c50h2:)
now flying full 3d :)

I've got it sorted with the A5 plug, runs great now!
