I nearly put a bent feathering shaft back into my Extreme.
It was bent .008 TIR. What would have happened?

Blades would have been/went out of track.
If your good enough to tell (I'm Not) the heli would not have felt right

As Tom said. The blades would be in track then they would be out. They might be in track when hovering, but if you stab the collective really hard. Then they would go out of track.
That would be about the only effect a bent blade axle would have.
