Guys,

I bought a batam LP6 lipo charger yesterday planning to charge 2 (two) lipos 3S in series using a Y harness and a FP v-balancer.

This bantam product can charge lipos 6S at 2a (50w).

The problem is a manual warning: "donīt try to charge two batterys at the same time" or something like that.

What you thing?

You can charge them in series but you need to make sure the 2 packs voltages are similiar. The Balancer will work fine, but if the cells are too far off the balancer will have to work very hard to make sure the one pack is not over charged.
