I guess it's natural; I don't know, but if I pull hard enough on either of the Main blade grips, they sorta 'click' out in an extended position, and then have more freedom of movement up and down.
I checked the manual and all the parts are there; the screws are tight.
I this natural?
Also in the tail grips, the bearings can slip in the housing and cause the whole grip to go outward. I was getting awful tail wag until I discovered this.
I C.A.'d (carefully) the tail grip bearings; what do I do about the head? The same thing?
Are some of You adding an additional washer somewhere?

D@&n!
I have just been all through this head fixing another problem.
Just checked what you've posted, Mine does the same, with a literal "clicking" sound.
The only explanation I can give you right now, is not enough damper thickness, which, from previous threads, makes lots of sense.
If you've got them, try installing additional washers, or doubling up on your dampers.
I have decided to go the fuel tubing route unless we hear from Mike Y soon. It will take me a couple of days to get to it, but I'll let you know what I find.
One thing for sure, While I love this little heli, we've still got those prototype tolerance and part confusion blues going right now.

CURE ! !
The spindle arm is too long in these helis. Shortening the grip screw won't help. (tried that first).
You need to file the spindle arm shorter until the slop JUST goes away.
Don't take off too much, or it will bind and the flybar becomes stiff. A teensy weensy amount of slop won't hurt anything,
Removing the little flat brass bushing will remove the slop, but is a needed part, as removing it binds the grips/flybar until You back off the grip screw; but You don't want to do that !
But You can kinda use the little flat brass washer as a guide to approximate how much spindle to remove. You will have to remove some of the dampener step brass washer the same amount; I just left it on and filed them both at the same time, careful of not getting filings into the head. You can remove the flybar links so that You can wrap a wash rag around the whole head assy. like a Barber or something.
It's pretty mild steel and files/grinds easily.
PERFECT !
