Probably the wrong place for this, but I wanted to post a shout out to FP.
Last week we had a customer here who needed a battery to power his camera and converter and needed it fast to ensure everything worked before leaving here.
I placed the order online, then gave them a call to alert them to the "emergency". They responded in excellent fashion, getting the battery sent out for overnight delivery.
Being in the "Business", I fully understand how a rush order can disrupt the normal flow of things, and wanted to let them, and everyone, know that I appreciate the extra attention.
The customer is pleased, everything worked as advertised!
