I replaced the receiver on my Axe CP and now everything works except when you go up on collective the swash plate moves down, and gives negative pitch so the bird won't take off. The cyclic (ail and elev) is correct, only the CCPM mix is backwards. Could this be an older receiver or something? Any ideas? I can't see any way to reverse swash on the stock radio?????AAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! !!!!!!!!!:confused:

How about flipping the servo reverse switch on the radio

Tried that, reverses aileron and elevator too... I didn't touch the setup, just changed the Rx and added Bell-Hiller mod. Doesn't matter, swashplate is moving opposite to left stick (mode 2)!

Ahhhh, Doesn't the 3 in 1 handle CCPM mixing?

You flipped the wrong servo switch..just flip the servo switch labeled THR it shouldn't reverse the aileron or elevator because they are on a different channel

I would also check and make sure you have all the plugs with the correct polarity

Check your blade grips...the they trailing the direction of rotation?
Your blade grip arm should be to the back trailing edge of the blade.
Been there done that and if you have them reversed...it gives negative pitch instead of positive pitch

also make sure you don't have the Idle up switch on when you plug the battery in, I have seen that and it did the same thing
simple fix. just go into the "swash mix" on your radio and change the direction of the "pitch" so for example if it is set to 60 make it -60 instead, or vise versa... Do the same for airleron and elevator if they are backwards.
The important thing is to first get the swash moving up or down properly (even if it's backwards) by using whatever servo reversing is needed to do that. Everything else is fixed in the swash mix menu.

You're right, but the stock Axe CP radio is not a computer radio, all you have is the four servo reverse switches. I stupidly had installed the blade grips backwards when I installed the Bell-Hiller mod. What threw me is that the Axe CP swash moves opposite; down for + pitch and up for - pitch. That would fool anyone. That's why I love my TRex's and DX6i!!!
Thanks for your reply.
Ahh sorry for half reading your original post. I didn't see the "stock radio" part. Yeah the stock radio on those is a pita hehe.
