Whats up with these guys. I ordered a 900Mhz Video Transmitter . They subtracted the money right out of my account and still have not processed nor shipped it. Are they still in business? I have ordered from them before but I'm staring to have second thoughts.

Wow...bummer. How long has it been since you placed the order? Usually, if something is on backorder or unavailable for some reason, most companies will not withdraw the funds until the item ships.

My last order took 4 weeks to be sent. They were waiting for more stock before shipping... they just didn't tell me that until I asked questions!!!

I've found that Vova's not always so quick on the e-mail responses but I had good luck chatting with him on RV website. Communication seems to be a crapshoot but I'm definatly happy with the prouct.:thumbup:

Finally got a reply. They are out of stock, not what I call great customer service. Wish he told me sooner.

Same here Dale, I ordered 2 of them about 2 weeks ago and I sent him an e-mail which he replied to fairly quickly saying they were out of stock, and not to expect them to ship until the end of May. I am at a stand still without these right now.

I've decided to convert my TREX 600 camera ship into a 3-D machine, and sell off the 900 MHz video Tx, Rx, camera, video goggles, etc., seperately. I'll take some pics if anybody's interested. 1/2 list price plus shipping for any of the parts. We're flying at some county fairs this summer for the kiddies and I need a backup ship. Just my luck I'd auger one in right before a big show! Not a problem if you pile in DURING the show - people love that! :YeaBaby:

I`ve got 2.4 G 500 mW video Tx/RX set from rangevideo last week, and it appearse not working.

Wrote 2 emails to vova - now, week later - still no answer.....
