Tail rotor angle???

Are rear blades surposed to be offset? Im only asking because theyr'e not dead stright now, and it flys really well. I read somewhere that Heli's need the rear blades offset.
I think what they mean is if your looking at it from the rear, the blades look as if theyr'e pointing under the tail boom on an angle. I hope you get what I mean from the pic.

They have to be angled to counteract the torque from the main rotor
