A new Jet Ranger fuselage is in the works from HeliArtist.
I believe this one will have a magnetic nose section, to easily access the battery tray.

What do you guys think?
Any color scheme request?

Personaly, I'm tired of the same old blue and white color scheme. Seems everyone has the blue/white combo. How about something like these ?

I'm told that it's ready. No ship date or pricing info.

Thanks Buzzkill, me too!
I want some reds and yellows... and some greens too!

I think they go with the blues because some many people have the blue anodized TREX 450's.

How 'bout making it look like a Jet Ranger? :P

Sorry, I just haven't yet seen a 450 Jet Ranger that looks right...;)

You'd have to stretch the tail a lot. Wouldn't be very practical for flying.

I second the notion of anything but all blue. I was going to paint the Canadian Helicopters version, as it is very eye-catching, yet has simple straight lines (I can't paint worth a darn!).

But if the factory is going to do the painting, then why not something really wild like Mountain Dew?!

Hasn't the whole Jet Ranger thing been done to death anyway?
I want an Apache!!

One nice thing about a TRex-450 JetRanger is that it will fit inside the standard Align case. Unfortunately I never took a pic of my Darth JetRanger in the case before it's untimely demise, but for me, being able to transport the heli in a case is fairly important. I was able to get my Airwolf to fit in a Flight Leader case, with just a little mod.

Here's a few more wild paint jobs for the factory to go nuts over....

I may have to do one of mine in the tiger like skin. Pretty neato. The Apache, it is one available. Ive noticed that alot of now on the scene fuselage makers arent going after the more complicated models like the apache. They are alot of work to make and if they make them out of fiberglass, they usually come out to heavy. If They arent to heavy, they then are to fragile. Just my observation.
