I recently had a KongPower battery "puff" on my Trex 500. No big deal but a costly item. I e-mailed KongPower over the course of a few days (they took their own sweet time responding) and they directed me to ReadyHeli (where I bought the batteries) to resolve the warranty issue.

Mike at ReadyHeli resolved the issue in less than two hours this morning. LES THAN TWO HOURS after first contacting them

ReadyHeli has been my primary online company for over a year and as always they take care of their customers. If you havent tried ReadyHeli, do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Good to hear you got it resolved Buzz, of course with ReadyHeli I wouldn't have had a doubt. They are the shizzle fo rizzle.

I've been using them for over a year. Now all I have to do is order $100 worth of parts to avoid shipping cost. Sounds good to me!!

If that only applied to their customers outside the US too ... :...:

Peter

PS: But their customer service and "inventory check" still rocks!

Sorry to hear it doesn't apply to over seas. Maybe you could talk them into 200+ free shipping?

Rick, thanks for stopping by... i guess Cuzz has asked for your help on a battery mount for the 200... I was just wondering what this lexan stuff is..??? is it Polycarbonate or Acrylic?? Can you bend/Form it as part of your production process, prior to threading holes in it?
