Carbsmart Sensor on TT 53?

I am finishing off my Xtreme 50 today and wanted to know where exactly to place the Carbsmart sensor on the TT53 motor. The fins on the cooling head don't seem close enough to the cylinder wall and was thinking of placing between the grey fins just below the Red Cooling head. Would this work, or is there a better place? What temp setting works best for the TT53?? I am running the RJX pipe. :dontknow

in the red fins as close to the actual compression head as possible. i use os hyper and have mine in between the lowest and next up fins. as far in as it will go secured with silicone sealer
