Hi Guys,

I'm trying to figure this out, without making a wrong move on the TX and ruining my current settings.

How exactly do you set up an Idle Up throttle and pitch curve on a 14MZ... activated by a switch?
I can do it with my eyes closed on the 9C Super, but with this TX I'm afraid to explore to far.

I'm getting bored stuck in 'normal' flight with this TX... I'd hate to go back to the 9C. LOL.

Thanks for any how-to tips,

You do this by adding "flight Conditions" you can have up to 10 idle ups on the 14MZ if you like!!
I think from what you have wrote is that you cannot find default idle ups in the software, that is because they need actvating by adding flight conditions as mentioned above and naming them as you like, for example, Idle Up2 could be called Nutty Mode if you so desire
The default priority applies with the throttle hold. I found it complicated at first as well.
Once a new flight condition has been activated you can the select the switch of your choice to operate it.

I hope i have been of some help for you and that my explanation gives you the basic idea of how to do it. PM me if i can be of more help.

Phil.

If you are wanting to experiment with your 14MZ (which we recommed as it will help you familiarize yourself with it) please do so. Simply go into a new model, name it "Test" or something on this order so that you do not change any setting in a current model that you are using.

Then just start moving around through the functions and explore. There is nothing you can hurt, and if you want to put everything back to Default, just do a Model Reset.

Thanks Phil and Krysta

Phil pointed me in the right direction...You're right Phil, I was looking for an Idle-up program and thats where I was getting confused, I now see I can make my own 'program'.

I'll set-up a non-existent model like Krysta said, and explore the radio's features.
I WAS starting to think this was "too much radio" for me.

Thanks again!

Update:

I just set-up the Idle-up.

It was ridiculously easy... So much so that I almost want to delete my question post about it. :D
