Nyther Registered Users My HF Map location Join Date: Nov 2006	First Flight A Success Well, I took my Trex 500 for first flight today. Wow, she does fly like a Trex 600. Very stable even in high winds. I was flying in winds of 15 to 17 mph gusts. Almost bit it a couple of times, but maintained composure and control. This is my third successful build thanks to Finless. I only have video at the time, and will post when I compress it. I could not have done it without the help of Finless and the members of Helifreak. You guys are great. Went through two packs and called it a day, because my nerves and the wind was harsh. It took a long time to get parts like the Spartan gyro, and a replacement 500L motor. But it was all worth it. Thanks, Ken
