Yeah it's not often you actually can get to see a Troll in person. Well a photo of one at least... Sorry can't help ya just wanted to be mean and use the word Troll specially for if he also see's this thread.
Did you follow up and make sure the credit card used was in fact NOT this guy? Cause the guy could say it's fraud and it really be him...
Do a search on his first/last name on places like Myspace and Google in general and make sure his face doesn't turn up.
I know, kinda obvious stuff but figured I'd mention it...

what a nodickhavin piece of rancidmonkeyshitsum*****!!!! I own my own business, and know what it's like. the CC companies are NOT on your side, any reason to take money back... If you find him, I would take my bros w/ bats to visit him.... with a bad ending. It makes my blood boil, dealing with crooks. Business is hard enough, thieves really can knock the wind out of you, if you let them.

I'm in the car rental business, costumers are using credit card companies charge back policy to commit fraud,
credit card companies take your money (they of course do not reimburse the 1-3% the made on you), and make it very hard to get it back, it is a big problem, as sometimes it is impossible to know the credit card is stolen because they actually have their name printed on the card
I feel your pain and hope you will get your money, but we live in an upside down world where being honest is at your own expense...
