I have a number of AA sized NiMH batteries which I'm going to use in the transmitter.

Any good tool that charges batteries nicely and also lets me test how much juice (amps ofcourse, not volts) is remaining in the battery? I bought something from Ebay for $5, a battery tester with the swinging needle but I think it only tests the volts.
Remember the little strips on Duracell batteries that you'd touch and they'd show color to indicate the remaining strength? These are real good testers because the strip would heat up with the amps flowing through it.

I also want to save money so I definitely dont wanna spend $100 or more. I wonder if any do-it-yourself kits exist.
If not, I would be happy with a simple tester that would test the juice. Then I could use my current chargers. I'm ok with my arrangement being less than perfect, I mean 80% is pretty good.

So basically if you guys know of any good (not too expensive) tools to manage batteries, let me know. thanks!

I found the solution, : T-6280 8 Channel Smart Charger
This charges using microprocessors and stuff and charges each battery independently.
