says you can use a mini servo for throttle , so I picked up a hitec hs65 MG . problem is looking at the engine OS 50 and the cutout in the frame for the throttle servo it seems that the full size throttle servo cutout is on the left side and the small servo cutout is on the right side frame so I had to flip the carb around on the engine to get the throttle on the correct side , now when I mount the fan hub and stuff the fuel nipple thing on the carb is in the way of the fan hub , what gives ,was I supposed to flip the side frames around from the beginning or what didnt see that in the instructions ? ?

just checked the manual, and the throttle servo large or small should be fitted to the left side of the heli. if your enlargement for the mini servo as in page s2 of the manual is on the right side, you sir have cocked up and used the wrong frames for left and right

ok I just noticed the extra holes located vertically in the same cutout as the one for the full size servo , I was looking at the small servo cutout on the other side located just below at an angle I thought this was for the throttle , whats that one for anyway ? seems I have the frames the correct way around and I will be able to mount the mini servo just fine with the carb the right way around .

That was designed and cut in the frame for the use of a carb smart system with a servo to operate it, it opens and closes the mixture screw in flight, based on the temp of the head.

Based on the temp of the head of course. :)
