Screws on Blade 400 Flybar seesaw holder

Just tightening all screws on my Blade 400 and noticed that one of the two screws on this part (shown in picture) does not tighten up. A new screw does the same (won't tighten up). the other side goes tight. Is this normal?

Welcome to the plastic fantastic.

Actually, just use blue locktite. Those screws arent supposed to screw tight anyways, they restrict the flybar movement if you do.
