I had a cppro and I dumped chingos of money into it. I went to the B-400 and it flies great. I have been down for repairs and adding electronics but it is alot better than the CPPro. I Crashed doing something stupid so it was my fault and not the helis. and I had to add a BEC but that is because I fly in heats that most people never see. The b-400 is a good bird.

^^^^^ Too Funny !! From what I've read lately the G110 gyro is one of the first parts to be "removed" from the B400 3D and replaced with a GY240, 401 or equivalent, I haven't checked the specs of the G110 but the G90 is the better of the two. I'm thinking that the specs of the G110 are more like the TeleBee Micro gyro and work better with a belt-driven tail-rotor ass'y where the G90 works well with belt-driven or an electric powered tail-rotor set-up.

I've flown the B400 with good results with the stock gyro.

1) It was not properly secured to the frame, installed new gyro tape

2) The nylon ties pulled on the gyro wires, they should have some slack

3) Changed the tail servo to a HS-81

I then moved the tail servo on the tail boom until I could fly in normal mode with nearly 0 rudder trim.

I've got the G110 on my Blade CP Pro and it works awesome.
Very locked in when in Heading Hold mode.

It does drift a little as the battery voltage gets lower and lower. I
run stock main motor and tail motor.

well i think it all depends on your budget and how far down the hole your willing to chase the rabbit. the cppro taught me patientce and lots of it ,,,the 400 has everything you need at a great price ,,,,,,align stuff is great but cost more ,like i said how far are you willing to go

i dont understand why the blade cps get a bad rap. I just bought a cp pro on egay for 109 shipped. it flies awsome. the upgrages are plentiful. repair is cheap.
BUT IT SAYS EXPERIENCED PILOTS ON THE BOX.
that said, ive crashed my hard 3 times. total repair was 32 dollars.
i love my cp.

I have two CP Pros and looking to unload them. I don't have an indoor space for flying and the Pro is just too light to fly outdoors for a newbie like me. I've banged both up pretty good, but I've got lots of extra parts, batteries for the right person. I'm willing to send fotos of all the stuff to anyone interested.

I'm going for the Blade 400. Wish me luck

I loved my CPPro till I started buying parts for it, it taught me alot of patience, waiting for parts to come in, Looking for parts. Iit also taught me not to try and push the head retaining pin in with my thumb, I bled for 30 minutes and couldn't use my thumb for three days. It is at home and I now have a B-400. I have flown it ALOT and have not crashed but once and clipped a tail rotor once so my repair bills are alot lower than they ever were with the CPPRo.

I just bought a CPP. Can't wait to fly it...I plan on converting it to my DX6i. Thanks for the info above.

People either love or hate the Blade CP Pro. Doesn't seem to be much middle ground. Die-hard helicopter nuts secretly realize that if other guys can fly it there must be a reason they either can or can't, which is why they persist—until, one day, they too become BCPP pilots.
