Here are a few things to look over, and a question for you.
Look at the head bolts, tighten them if required. Using a needle or small drill bit by hand, make sure the muffler pressure nipple is clear.

What fuel are you using?

Maybe your pipe is bad. I know it's not necessarily an easy or inexpensive thing to do, but have you tried a different pipe? Also, when you checked the muffler pressure nipple, did you check both ends (coming out of the pipe and going into the tank)?

Iv not tried a new pipe yet but i have checked the muffler an it is ok i have been told to clean out the muffler with carb cleaner i dont no if this will work!

dont use carb cleaner, you can kill the o-rings. use denatured alcohol. like $12 a gallon at lowes. to mee it sounds like a worn motor, piston ring or bearings perhaps. Clean the carb first, and borrow someones pipe if you can, if that doesn't fix it, well.......:(

There are o-rings in mufflers?

Some do have o-rings, but only in the header AFAIK.

Sounds like 1/16th - 1/8th turn out on the mixture screw would solve all your woahs.....

if you pinch the fuel line when running how long does it continue to run for? you are looking for around 3>4 secs and a clean engine cut. thats a good indication of you bottom end mixture. my os32 is pretty much set to the manual needle settings and runs spot on. has it got a cast muffler or an alloy one, no leaks around the exhaust port?
