Loctite on OS engine ?

Hi,

After reading some tales about the head bolts on OS 50 Hyper coming a bit loose from factory I want to tight my bolts, but the question that comes to me. Do I need to loctite them ?

BTW I got a new OS 50 Hyper engine and indeed I was able to tight them about 1/8 of a turn without applying insane force so I'm wondering if I need to tight the head on my T600N :confused:

No point in lociteing them as most loctites break down with heat, after the first few flights check them then periodically after that I know some people have had this problem although I have never or seen it.

BTW make sure you use the star techniqur when tightening up the head.

Common locktite will actually make the problem worse. It will liquify and act as a great lubricant under the heat of the head.
