First I would like to say hi to all the folks here and that I have been trying to search all around this forum for the answer but I cannot figure out the problem I am having. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Problem:

I have a raptor 30, It starts up, and idles just fine, it even hovers a 3 inches off the ground fine. But when I bring the helicopter in the air, maby ( 2-3 feet) It starts shaking really BAD!! I mean it shakes the training gear and the whole heli is just SHAKING. It still flys but this obviously isnt right.

Possible problems I was thinking that could cause this but Im not sure of how to go about this or to how to fix it. So I would love anyones help if possible. Its kinda driving me crazy.

Problems I Was Thinking:

1. Blades were bad, so I bought brand new ones today. Unfortunatly that didnt solve the problem and it still shakes.

2. Tracking, It looks like the tracking on the blades are out of track. But heres the thing. I do not know how to adjust it.
because the control arm (blade grip) looks like it theres a bit of loose play in them. Is it suppose to be like this????? Im not sure.

Could that be the problem? If so how do I fix this? I tried tightning the nut inside but that didnt help. Shim the bearing some how maby?

3. Fly paddle? Looks a little crooked. They are the same length when mounted.

I also live in the virginia beach area, if anyone lives near here on hands help would also be much appreciated.

Thanks

King Cobra is also in the VA Beach area. He is on Helifreak also and would be glad to help. Also there is the heli event in VA Beach next weekend Oct 8th -9th at Fentress Base. There will be plenty of help at that event. Look at the details for the event in the events section of Helifreak.

The problem is the training gear. It is causing the shake
I have seen this MANY times.
Does your gear have solid balls or whiffle balls?
I will be at the VA event next weekend and would be glad to help you

That should make it easier for you. You might look them up in the phone book and give them a call also.
