Can anyone recommend a 4s2p 4000mah+ receiver pack that weighs 275g or more (and isn't 160mm long)?

I'm running a Thunderpower 4200mah 2s2p pack and it's the smallest I've found anywhere.

you seriously want a HEAVY battery?
If you want heavy, then you ought to go with NiMh.
Tell me 275g was a typo.
The TP 2s2p 4200mAh that I use, and the same that Chevy uses,
measures about 102x33x26mm. It's a nice size,
It weighs about 175g.
There is a 4340mAh pack 2s2p that weights about 224g.
You could get a Fromeco Li Ion pack, 2s2p 5200mAh, will weigh about 190g.

Yea, the machine is tail-heavy, so I'm looking to make productive use of the needed weight. I've got a couple 2s Tanics right now at 245g, but that's not quite enough.

Your best bet if you already have batteries close to the weight you need is not to get a bigger battery but to add the weight you need in the form of lead.

How did you machine end up tail heavy?
Mine balances perfectly.
I'm curious to see a picture of your set up.

The 2 heaviest batteries that I know of are the 2s2p Flightpower 4340 Evo Rx pack, and the spektrum 2s2p 6000mah lipo.
Have you tried moving the batter tray forward? There are 3 holes to be selected, moving forward might give you the extra weight you need.

Yes, the tray is full forward. Moving the batteries forward beyond the tray edge helped. I'm trying to get to neutral CG at 1/2 tank and I'm not there yet... As far as adding lead, I'd rather put a heavier battery in than add lead.

Not to sound like a smart ass but I do hope the CG checks your doing are with the canopy on. Cause the canopy adds weight to the nose as well.
Also, I hope you don't have the blades folded back in the blade holder cause that would make it a tad tail heavy.

Yes, canopy on, blades in flying configuration...
