I know the general topic of the CP2 Brushless mod has been discussed time and again, but this question is a little different. Two pinions came with the motor when I got it, a 9T and an 8T. I've been using the 9T, but after a recent "pile into the living room floor" rebuild, I've found that the set screw hole in that one is stripped right about the point where it should be catching. Will there be much of a difference in head speed, flight time, or response of the heli switching to the 8T.

Comments/Suggestions?
Thanks

Calculate it..... 1 tooth isnt much with a large main gear but certainly plays a roll in smaller main gears. Either way larger tooth count is always better as you get higher headspeed and more stability from it.

you have a blade cp2 i presume, thats EFlight not Esky. Hope to have helped.

Originally it was a HoneyBee CP2, I've got a couple of 'em, but this frankencopter is parts of both a BCPP and a HBCP2, with the brushless and twin tail mods, and metal head.

Thanks for the info tho, much appreciated...
