There's a very detailed thread with pictures and part #'s on the Avant site showing the different options.
I also think BLS 451's are great servos, but there seems to be some discrepencies with Futaba if they were designed for heli use.

Noste500,
I have too heard that BLS451's are not suitable for heli's. Also the 8717 equivalent in the UK is the 8715 , same servo different name.
Where abouts in Cheshire you from?

Tom,
I am in macclesfield.
I was told that it is the 8915 that is the same servo??
Not too sure about the reliability of the info though.
If futaba are saying that about the bls451's, then what are the alternatives??

yes sorry I meant the 8915, I have seen them run on 8v with no problems on a Synergy.

Hi noste500,
With the Futaba BLS451s if you want a perfect line up, you will need to use the smaller sized servo wheels, with a hole distance of 12.5mm from center, or the HD T shaped horns that I believe come with the 451's, on the 2nd hole out, and cutting off the extra plastic, because it may interfere with the servos.
As for the JR servos, im using the wheels that come with the 8717s(8915s for you guys over on the other side of the pond), on the 2nd to last outer hole providing a 14mm distance from center. I have noticed no interaction, or any wierd feelings using these wheels.
Also the align wheels will work for the 600n's.

I'm not having any problem whatsoever with my BLS451's. I'm using them on my R90 though.
