I think you'll find 99% of us love the Phoenix simulator. Multiplayer (online) is a lot of fun.

There are several threads on here comparing these sims. The general consensus is that Phoenix has the best physics and the graphics are fantastic, upgrades are free as are new models. Service is excellent and price is reasonable (less than others). So overall it's hard to beat. I love it. Get it -- you won't regret it. If you have doubts check out their free demo and look at their webpage.

The big advantage for me of Phoenix over Real Flight is overall cost of ownership. If you want extra models or fields with RF, you have to buy flight packs; with Phoenix, they're free. Plus, every time RF has a significant upgrade, they hit you up for a significant amount of money; with Phoenix, all upgrades are free. I don't know what RF has in the way of online multiplayer mode, but Phoenix's is quite nice. Also, with RF you end up with a huge brick on your interface cable (the Interlink controller); with Phoenix, you just have a very small box.
The main con of Phoenix vs. RF is that it doesn't come with its own controller, but you're better off using your own radio anyway.

I love Pheoenix. I fly it every day basically and online. It is great to fly with experienced pilots and learn from them.
how do you buy phoenix>>> can't make the online purchase work.

As has been pointed out before, ReadyHeli has no stock and is not likely to get any more, nor is any US reseller likely to due to a misguided distribution agreement Realtime made.

So how else can we get Phoenix besides getting it from our local hobby shop?
