What am I missing?

I have a DX7 and for the life of me I can't get idle up to work. What am I doing or not doing wrong?

I'm having a similar issue. Except my Normal flight mode pitch and throttle curvers are not recognized by the sim. It recognizes my idle-up throttle curves. I can't tell if it is obeying my "stunt" mode pitch curves because they are linear, like the default response.

I was going to try changing one of the stunt modes to the normal hover curves, thinking the sim might only recognize 2 flight modes.

I only have 2 days with the sim, so I'd be interested in what you find out.

To use your radio's curves and for the flight mode switch to work for idle-up, I believe you must leave the sim in Normal mode and leave the +/- values for pitch symmetrical about 0 pitch (e.g. +/- 11 degrees). I think the 3D variant of the model will do the latter for you. If you're putting the sim in idle-up mode, it will likely mess up your throttle and pitch below center stick.
