Problem is the charge is only a 50W charger. Which means 12V x 3A = 48 W. If you want a higher amps, you need a new charger.

Heres the spec I got from a site:

Circuit Power:MAX.charger power 50W ;Max. discharger power 5W

Right, it is a 50W output so I am suprised you even get 3A charging a 5S lipo pack. Perhaps at the start of the charge but sustained ? Average CC-phase charge current is likely to be about 50 / (5 x 3.85) = 2.6A so charging your 4000mAh packs will take about 2 hours. If you want charge large packs like that at 1C you need a more powerful charger, at least 5 x 3.85 x 4 = 77W.

Some of the most affordable but proven good quality ones worth considering include:

TP610C = 6S, 80W/10A, ~$130
MaxproX6 = 6S, 100W/5A, ~$130
KP100W6 = 6S, 100W/5A, ~$130
iCharger106B = 6S, 180W/10A, ~$!00

The iC106B is the standout value leader on features, performance and price IMO.
