i have a new os 91 szh with the stock pump and reg, it is hard starting and runs lean on low end, i have tried diffrent needle settings and a new glow plug with no results. i am useing 15% cool power fuel, and a hatori pipe.i shimed the engine over the winter and cant rember how many i put in but i think i didnt do it right, what thickness shins should i be useing on 15% fuel?oh, i am also useing muffler pressure asa well. any help would be great
