I figured out my AR7000 is rebooting under high loads and causing some glitches. Need a new BEC what is a good one? I looked at the CC BEC, but it said it had a problems with Spektrums.

For what helicopter? Do you have a device that can measure amp draw to the RX / servos such as an eagle tree elogger or a Dimension Engineering Servo Sense?
I've had good luck thus far with dimension engineering becs. the parkbec is good for the Trex450 size birds.
A few things to consider ...Your needs will vary based on your heli size, servos. Can your tail servo / gyro handle 6 volts? Will you use a drop drop regulator for the tail or will you operate the BEC at 5.2V?
How many Lipo cells are you running? That may limit your selection of BEC.

I have a Belt CP, stock ESC, Telebee Gryo, and DX7. I have three batteries, all 3S, 20C (What does 20C mean?). I heard the AR7000 needs more power. Will a drop regulator be needed for the tail?

20C means the pack is capable if delivering 20 times its capacity as current. So a 2000 mAH pack would delvier 40 amps ( 2000 mAH = 2AH, 2 x 20C = 40 amps).
But with a 450 r smaller heli a Dimension ParkBEC will work, but a SportBEC would be better.
The early, as in first batch of, CC BECs needed to have the signal waire removed from the connector if you plugged it into a Spektrum BATT port as it would put the Rx into bind mode. Later ones are fine.
