Gyro and servo neede for ESMART 600

I would like to get a gyro/servo set up for an ESMART 600. Here is what I have been looking at:

Good Futaba 401/9254
Better Futaba 611 w/ 9256
Best Futaba 611 w/ BLS 251 or CY Solid-G w/ BLS251

If you have anything better, please let me know.....

Also, would like a BEC that will work with whatever I get.
