I tried the woodies one time. It was way to twitchy for me. The plastic blades are all I can handle right now. Everybody says plastic for sport flying and woodies for 3d.

The woodies are great blades. They track great, and they're not very flexible. Also they inflict less damage to the head than the plastic blades do in the event of a crash. You have to shave a lot of the rubber dampener of the blade to get them to fit into the blade grips, but other than that they're great.

i just test fitted the woodies, looks like im gonna have to do some sanding to get them in. but i will give it a try as soon as my bats are charged, i cant wait, i already did the CF tail push rod mod, but havent tried it yet.:lolol

flew 4 packs with the woodies, makes the heli feel more snappy imo,i like it, was doing some light 3d, flips, rolls, tic tocs, everything was good until bam!! my first crash with the gaui, my tail blew during a flip, this tail is something else to setup, but i am impressed, the only thing i damaged was the blade grip bolts. everything else is still good, amazing, its a keeper!
