I took the heli apart for the first time,upgrading to carbon frames. Everything went on right in, only thing the motor pinion does not line up at the same level with the main gear, pinion seated too near to the motor housing. I do not have any gear pulling gadget, so I hold the base of the pinion, and drive the shaft back with a small hammer,hoping the shaft would slide through the pinion. It work, but the rear casing of the motorfell off the main housing, so I push it back with the hammer, hitting it straight.
Then the motor do not spin smoothly :shock:..........:confused:... I tried to check but couldn't see anything from the outside. I knock it here ad there a little and it spin a little better, but when I put it in the heli, power up, the motor just make a few turns and stop, if i contiune it will turn very slowly and not continuously, in broken patterns. What happens..???:(
I have no knowledge of elecrtic motor, as I am a nitro guy in RC MT trucks, can somebody help me out here? A link to basic motor knowledge site would be nice,
ESky belt CP doesn't have any diagram or exploded view of how to dissasemble the motort.:mad:
