Just got a used fury extreme put together. Durring a test hover the heli would shake left to right. I loosed the blades, same shake. Checked, and replaced main shaft same shake. Checked and replaced feathering shaft. I have not test hovered it yet. What other things should I look for? Alighnment looks good, and is holding an even gap. Both shafts were slightly bent.
Thanks

I used to bend my blade bolts on my Fury, wound up going nuts chasing that shake.

What's your head speed? Might be too low.

look at the blade bolts, if they are 4mm diameter, drill the grips and order the 5mm bolts.
ask Tim @ MA for a T-shirt too. ;)

Sounds like a low headspeed wobble to me.

Head speed is 1550 in normal mode. Just tested it, and it is gone. I think the feathering shaft did it. I will know more after I can really get it out and fly. Everything seem very smooth, but I want to go over it and make sure everything is tight. Don't need anything flying off unexpected.
I will keep you posted.
Thanks everyone.

Test flight looked great. No shakes. My friend checked the head speed, and it was right on the money. Still early in the process with this heli. My fury 70 is working perfect. This one needs some fine tuning.
