Side to Side Vibration

I'm trying to balance just the paddles without the main blades and I'm getting a vibration that only happens from side to side rather than all around. Any suggestions?

To set mine up I took a ruler with centimeters on it and measured out from the head to the begining of the paddle. I did the same with my Raptor. It seems to work great. Hope that helps
