What should the pitch of the fly bar paddle be?

I run my paddles @ 0 pitch. You can get some unwanted trim problems otherwise.

I set them at zero in my original setup in IDLE UP and 50% joystick position. Just be sure that the thry are balanced - ie, same flybar lengths, same paddle blade angle. You can never be too pedantic about setting up a heli!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ermnn..... I got a stupid question here ,........how do you check the pitch of the flybar paddle fins? I mean the main blade are checked against the flybar, do we check the fly bar to the main blade now?

Thanks guys. I got this thing setup perfectly now. Took the play out of the rotor head. Put on the CF blades and it tracks perfect along with the paddles. All I need now is to get my new servo push rod and see if I can finally fly this dam thing.

With no Right stick movement everything should be Flat (Zero Degrees) Flybar and Swashplate.

I'm not a great pilot, so I have to have my setup right on. (I need all the help I can get!)
I have a pitch guage with a bubble level on it. I hang a second bubble level on the flybar.
With the flybar level, I set the pitch guage to zero, then put it on a flybar paddle and adjust the paddle until the bubble level on the pitch guage is level.
Flybar level, pitch guage level = 0 pitch on flybar paddle.
