I've got an Intrepid gas bird with over 4 years of flight time. My X arm appears worn as replacing bearings didn't fix it from wallowing around when I wiggle it. It appears it is worn where the bearings sit. Anyone else experience this or just me? The bolt holding it on was properly tight.

SeaHawk,
Only after a bad crash. :o The X arm and others have a lock nut behind them. Did you first tighten the bolt until the bearings are notchy, then back them off just a bit so they are smooth? Then use the lock nut to keep that secure. Then tighten the lock nut to the frame. If you still have wobble, order a new part, it's been tweaked.

no crashes, just normal wear and tear after 500 flights. I'll swap out the X arm from the used bird (3rd hand) as it appears tight still. That'll confirm it is indeed the X arm.
