I got a B400 took my G90 off my cpp to use on it. Now I can not get the tail to hold on the cpp. I had it out tonight and adjusted the 3 in one gyro and proportional for an hour and cant get the tail to hold no mater what. Is there any thing else in the DX6i I can adjust besides the rudder trim on the front of the tx to help with this. I even tried to rebind since I removed the G90 and that dident help eather, new tail motor on it also.

Hey carl, Sounds like you're running an AR reciever on your Pro(?) and using the DX6i to run both your B400 3D and BCP/Pro, the DX6i should have a % setting for how much end-point travel you want for the rudder CH. (I'm not positive about this as I'm running the DX7 Tx.). What you want to do is move the range of the rudder channel more to the right-hand side of your end-points so, RUDD L 50%, RUDD R 150% this way the Tx. should give you more power to the tail-rotor motor in the RIGHT hand side of the rudder stick and less power to the tail-rotor motor in the LEFT hand side (of the stick), this way when the main-rotor head is "spooled-up" the Heli itself will try to turn CCW and you will have more RIGHT stick to counter the CCW rotation of the Heli. This way when flying, to turn the Heli to the L (left) direction you let the main-rotor head turn the nose of the Heli left, then counter with the tail-rotor motor and R (right) stick to straighten-out the Heli or make a right-hand turn. I think that's right, your % for end-point may be less than 150 as that is what I have with the DX7, also what CH. of the AR reciever do you have your RUDD (CH.4) lead plugged-into(?)

Thank you for the end point tip. I changed it the lift stick 50% and right stick 125%. Yes I am running a CP PRO CX2 and B400. My DX6i only goes to 125 on the end points.I have it pluged into the rudder chanel.
I took the G90 off the CP PRo to use on the B400 untill I get some cash to get something else for the cp pro. That G90 is staying on the B400 I am only useing a S75 I had for the cp pro as a spare for the tail servo and I couldent ask it to hold any better. I have 4 DS75H servos keep one for a B400 spare. Never could hover the cpp very good. After the 2nd battery I run it for 4 batterys hovering what a blast. I bought the B400 ARF and bought the servos ecs and batterys.

Hey carl, Sounds good, I hope that gets you alittle better results. I can't remember which CH. I had mine plugged into (RUDD CH. 4) when I was running without the G90 gyro, so I'm just gonna' throw this out there as I believe I tried it this way as well (mind you I'm running the DX7 Tx.);
I think I tried;
RUDD CH. 4 lead to GEAR CH. of AR Rx.,
Then in the Tx.'s menu set GYRO to GEAR, once I had done this I then set my GEAR CH. end-points to whichever end would give me more gain to the RIGHT control stick of the Tx. (you have to adjust the gain-pot of the 3-n-1 and the proportional mix-pot aswell along with the % for end-point for the GEAR CH. to get the best result (in the direction you want the most amount of rudder (here being R.)).
Don't think I'd even go this route if you can get the results you're looking for by moving the RUDD CH. end-points that were selected as the solution in the first post but, none the less, something else (another way to look at cotrolling the rudder of the Heli).
I found that after a few packs I too was able to get a better hover as my "Dumb-Thumbs" became more relaxed, and I started to get more confidence in flying the Heli.
Added a few pics of my "Little Monster" flys better than ever with the BL motor and the DX/AR set-up!
