Hitec HG5000 gyro and HSG5083MG on Blade 400?

I just bought the Hitec HG5000/5083 gyro servo combo and used Blade 400 and was wondering if this gyro and servo will work on the Blade or is it too big? If it will, any suggestions on set-up, mounting, programming etc?

I have had the same on mine for about two weeks, was tight and dependable straight out of the box, it took 1 battery to get it set in rate mode and in hh I have been running 88-92% on the gain.
I use the trex tail servo mount for the boom, as for the control rod, use the stock rod and cut off the fixed end. Use a new ball end and rheem it out to fit the carbon rod, you'll have to cut the length down a bit, try to get the servo mount as close as possible to the rear end of the frame but not touching it, I have about 3 mm between the frame and the mount, also do use the mounting groments that come with the servo.
As I said it holds good better then the LT2100/9650 or stock stuff I tried before. 2 important factors, 1) eliminate vibration and 2) get it set up mech correct in RATE mode (gain under 50, I set mine up at 30% then run it at 42% in rate and 92% in HH. ENJOY
