Heli isn't responding

Hi!

So i disassembled my heli in order to replace the main gear.

Before i did that, and also now, the heli stopped responding to my commands on the controller.

For example if i push the throttle forward it doesnt do anything, and then all of a sudden the engine starts all by itself. Any ideas why this is happening?

When you said Disassemble, did you take the entire thing down? including removing servo's, reciever?

If so how did you plug everything back in?

is the heli responding to the radio movements of the sticks (other than the throttle)?

What kind of beeps are you getting when you plug it in.

To me it sounds like you may (or someone may have) reversed your throttle dipswitch on the radio.

Which would mean it will not do anything until you push the throttle all the way up, and as you bring it back down it will start to spin up.

Check your radio dip switches at the bottom right, throttle reverse switch should be down.
